Rekha began her baking journey at the tender age of four , driven by the joy on people's faces when they savored her creations. This passion led her to pursue baking professionally, culminating in the launch of Theory Patisserie in June 2019

Despite the challenges of the pandemic in 2020 , Theory quickly became Hyderabad's go - to spot for artisanal cake sandviennoiseries. After the second wave of COVID - 1 9 subsided, Theory's popularity soared among the city's vibrant crowd.

Today, the patisserie has expanded to a team of over 40 members , serving more than 200 clients daily and supplying breads and desserts to various cafes and restaurants across Hyderabad.
